(1) motor vehicles shall be equipped with:

(a) two (2) headlights. Moped or motorcycle equipped with one or more

(b) two (2) tail lights. Motorcycle requires 1

(c) registration plate light

(d) two (2) brake lights. Moped/motorcycle require 1

(e) turn signal lights

(f) rear reflectors

(2) trailers will be equipped with:

(a) two (2) tail lights

(b) registration plate light

(c) two (2) brake lights

(d) turn signal lights

(e) two (2) rear reflectors

(3) in addition the requirements of (1) the following will be equipped with: forward & rear side reflectors & side marker lights on each side of the vehicle:

(a) School bus

(b) Worker transport bus

(c) Vehicles used in transportation of persons for hire by a nonprofit entity

(d) A bus being operated for transporting children to and from religious services or an activity or function authorized by the religious organization

(e) Commercial bus

(f) Motor trucks with a registration weight in excess of 8,000 pounds
